  • Nevuah Tova
Nevuah is the owner, Director of Education, and Lead Stylist at Reframe Hair Gallery. “I think working with people, doing hair, it is about bringing out the beauty in people and you're custom-designing patterns of hair for clients. Taking care of people and creating fashion, everything has come together in this profession,” says Nevuah. “I don't believe in doing anything if its not for humanity or the environment.” “Reframe is all about taking something and putting it into a better perspective; our catch phrase is “re-envisioning the boundaries of beauty” which is also about taking what you have and making it into the best version of itself,” she says. “..Anywhere in life where I can help people be better versions of themselves and support them in having that for themselves, that is my goal and purpose”. Nevuah has trained with award-winning Michelle Payne, Heart & Art, Nick Arrojo, Anna Paccito and Cecilia Navarro of The Violet Hour. She joined the Davines Cutting Team in 2015.
  • Dakota Mayer
Dakota Mayer defines herself as a true hair enthusiast. Beginning her journey in Chicago over 13 years ago, Dakota made her way west to Sonoma county in 2014. Knowledgeable and experienced from working in the hustle and bustle of a big city, she then found a home at Reframe Hair Gallery, as both a stylist and educator. Her ability to collaborate and combine ideas with her clients results in the creation of beautiful, awe-inspiring hair. She excels in creating multidimensional blondes, as well as rich brunettes and fiery reds that work with the client's lifestyle and desired amount of maintenance. Coloring hair is truly Dakota's passion. One gets the sense that, for her, the hair is a canvas, and by methodically placing highlights and shadows that flow with the hair's texture, she is the painter. A bit of brightness here, a dash of depth there; the inspiration is guided by the energy of each individual person, therefore creating a unique look for every client. She is keenly adept at sculpting the hair with shears as well; feeling the weight and seeing the lines of the cut that really brings the hair to life. She considers herself very fortunate to have as much fun as she does every day as a hair creator behind the chair.
